2. Scope of application

It is suitable for stamping personnel, inspection personnel, spring inspection personnel, wire harness repair personnel to visually judge the terminal crimping quality.

3. Instructions

According to customer requirements, all connectors used in wiring harnesses (hereinafter referred to as "terminals") must be selected in the customer approved Bill of Materials. In order to ensure the quality of crimping, the crimped terminals must pass self-inspection by stamping personnel, random inspection by inspectors and full inspection by reed inspectors. This standard focuses on judging the quality of terminal crimping by visual inspection, and the terminal tension inspection is tested by referring to the Crimping List.

The visual standard is mainly displayed by graphical method, and the quality judgment is made quickly by comparing the qualified product with the defective product.
